Job summary

Open Systems Technologies is seeking an Asset and Liability Management Process Design Analyst to lead the design and governance of IRRBB processes on the QRM platform. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end process design, organizational design support, and training to ensure a successful production deployment.

The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and provide risk and progress updates to ALM leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Treasury experience.
• Participation in multiple large-scale systems implementations.
• Experience with process design and operational control frameworks.
• Treasury change initiatives.
• Support for parallel run and go-live programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop workplans and milestones across design, training, and go-live.
• Provide concise progress and risk updates to ALM leadership.
• Design end-to-end IRRBB processes for production, governance, and evidence standards.
• Support TO BE organization design and target operating model.
• Develop role-based training materials and operating playbooks.
• Plan and support parallel run, cutover, and go-live execution with issue resolution.
