The role focuses on ALM, IRRBB design, and QRM implementation, coordinating multi-functional teams to ensure readiness and governance for the go-live. The position requires strong experience in treasury/ALM, QRM, process design, and training development, with responsibilities spanning design, training,

Qualifications

• Must have treasury, ALM and QRM implementation experience.
• Design end-to-end IRRBB processes, roles, handoffs, and control artifacts.
• Support TO BE organization design and target operating model.
• Develop role-based training materials and operating playbooks.
• Plan parallel run, cutover and go-live activities.
• Provide status updates and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution of design trade-offs and blockers.

Responsibilities

• ALM within Treasury to manage structural balance sheet risk and IRRBB metrics in QRM.
• Retire internal system and implement QRM as core IRRBB platform.
• Participate in a team of business secondees to ensure operational readiness and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional workplans, milestones, and accountabilities across design, training, and go-live.
• Provide concise progress and risk updates to ALM leadership.
