Ryan Deasy Allstate in Oakmont, PA is seeking a results-driven sales professional to quote, present options, and close personal lines business (auto, home, umbrella). You will work internet leads and referrals, building a robust pipeline.

This role emphasizes outbound calling, cross-selling to existing clients, and following up on open quotes with organized pipeline management. You will develop relationships in the local community to generate referrals and hit weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• PA Property & Casualty license preferred; if not licensed, sales background and drive can qualify you to train with licensed reps.
• Sales background in insurance, retail, call center, B2B, or anything with a numeric quota.

Ryan Deasy Allstate is a locally owned agency serving Oakmont and the surrounding Pittsburgh area. We're a small, competitive team that protects families and businesses with auto, home, life, and commercial coverage. We're growing, and we're looking for another rep who wants to build a real career here, not just a job.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• PA Property & Casualty license preferred. Not licensed? If you have the sales background and the drive, you can work with our licensed reps to close deals.
• Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, call center, B2B, or anything where you carried a number)
• Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of volume
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Organized enough to manage a pipeline without being chased
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Life & Health license a plus
