As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging prospects and building community relationships. You will use insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase customer understanding of insurance value and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling
• Identify and qualify sales leads from various sources
• Help protect customers by offering suitable Allstate products
• Serve your community by helping them prepare for uncertainties
• Educate prospective customers on protecting their families and assets
• Provide a positive customer experience

Job Qualifications

• Interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred
• No insurance experience required
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses upon hire (existing license is a plus)
• Confident, motivated, independent worker
• Ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
