Allstate Bilingual Insurance Sales Rep

Job Overview

At ADB Insurance Agency, you’ll work with a team that has spent more than 43 years serving the Chicagoland area and has built an agency ranked among the top 5% of Allstate Exclusive Agents nationwide.

As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Rep, your day will center on sales and great customer service, but relationships come first. You’ll help customers with their insurance needs, look for opportunities to cross-sell during renewals and cancellation follow‑up, and step in when customers need help with a claim. You’ll have warm leads and hands‑on training to help you get comfortable with the products and the sales process.

The office is built around people who are friendly, productive, and willing to support one another. When the team exceeds its monthly goal, there’s a chance to celebrate together at places like a sports bar. And top performers can earn year‑end leadership trips for two to destinations such as Las Vegas, the islands, or Mexico.

You’ll earn a base salary starting at $36,000 with expected first year income between $50,000- $70,000 and top performers earning $85,000+ through commissions and bonuses, with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus opportunities. PTO, health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid sick leave, and licensing assistance are also provided.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
