Job summary

GUESS?, LLC in Los Angeles seeks an Allocation Analyst to optimize in-store inventory, driving sales, margins and store performance through strategic allocation. You will partner with cross-functional teams to execute planning and analysis across openings, remodels and replenishment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience, with strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to inventory management in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in allocation or retail inventory.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, allocate and monitor store opening assortment and unit plans for new stores and remodel stores that ensure opening stock levels.
• Plan and allocate monthly Floor set initial allocations through Store/Product Volume Ranking Indexes and Allocation Plan analysis.
• Allocate and manage weekly Fashion replenishment based on store performance, trend and product performance, and promotional needs.
• Allocate and manage Basic Replenishment based on models and stock balancing ensuring store in-stock position.
• Collaborate with Merchants and Planners to align allocation strategies with Retail Visual, Product, Marketing and Promotional plans.
