Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Tacoma, Washington. The role offers a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with guaranteed 32 hours weekly during holiday weeks and potential extension.

Compensation ranges from $59 to $63 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k) matching, credentialing support, and referral bonuses up to $1,500. This contract role emphasizes compliant credentialing and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Candidates starting with compact license must obtain permanent license immediately
• Maintain active license in required state
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Meet experience requirements in applicable setting/modality
• Adhere to 30-day notice requirement
• Follow dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with all credentialing and contract QA requirements
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
• Adhere to overtime billing policies at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
