Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing in Salem, Oregon, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment with extension potential. The role offers a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, with 32 guaranteed hours weekly during holiday weeks, and a pay rate of $55–$60 per hour.

You will complete required documentation, maintain licensure, follow dress code, and work with facility policies to deliver patient care. The position includes medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401K with matching, credentialing

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Obtain permanent license promptly if starting with compact license
• Maintain active license as required for the position
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours as assigned
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Comply with dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview
• Demonstrate experience in the required specialty setting
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Complete contract quality assurance credentialing requirements
• Adhere to overtime billing policies at 1.5x rate when applicable

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Salem, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:
