Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Scappoose, Oregon. The position runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days a week, with potential for extension.

Expect to maintain active state licensure, navigate compact licensure where applicable, and participate in a 32-hour guaranteed week during holidays while following facility guidelines. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits support the assignment.

Qualifications

• Compact licensure allowed where applicable; permanent license required for SC positions.
• Maintain licensure while adhering to facility policies and procedures.
• Adhere to scheduling and billing requirements and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI before starting assignment.
• Work within the stated modality and setting; ensure appropriate credentialing.
• Adhere to a 40-hour guaranteed workweek bill rate and applicable overtime at 1.5x.
• Follow a 30‑day notice requirement and orientation guidelines.
• Utilize facility‑provided equipment and adhere to parking and dress code policies.
• Ensure weekly billing cycle compliance and verify rehire eligibility if applicable.

Pay Rate: $55 - $60/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Scappoose, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license; permanent license required for South Carolina positions (no compact accepted)
• Maintain active state licensure throughout assignment
• Work within the required modality and demonstrate experience in the applicable setting
• Adhere to a 32-hour guaranteed workweek during holiday weeks
• Work standard day shift hours
• Comply with a 40-hour guaranteed workweek bill rate and corresponding pay structure
• Adhere to overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Follow a 30-day notice requirement
• Comply with facility dress code as provided during first-day orientation
• Follow parking procedures as outlined during first-day orientation
• Adhere to weekly billing cycle requirements
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Candidates with prior perm/PRN employment within the last year are not eligible for placement and must be redirected
• Candidates with prior traveler history or perm/PRN employment beyond one year must be verified for rehire eligibility prior to submission
