Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in McMinnville, Oregon. Schedule is 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with guaranteed 32 hours weekly and potential extension based on need.

Qualifications

• Must hold permanent state license; compact license not accepted for South Carolina positions
• Meet experience requirements specific to the position setting
• Maintain active licensure throughout assignment
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Adhere to facility policies and orientation procedures

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license; compact license not accepted for South Carolina positions
• Meet experience requirements specific to the position setting
• Maintain active licensure throughout assignment
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Adhere to shift schedule during day hours
• Follow facility dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Adhere to parking and facility policies as outlined during first day orientation
• Comply with all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
• Utilize equipment as provided and instructed during interview process
• Provide 30-day notice as required per assignment terms
• Adhere to overtime billing policies at 1.5x rate when applicable

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Mcminnville, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license; compact license not accepted for South Carolina positions
• Meet experience requirements specific to the position setting
• Maintain active licensure throughout assignment
