Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., the region's largest Cat dealer, has an immediate opportunity for an Allied Parts Specialist to be onsite at one of our CE branches.

Join our growing team and provide superior support to internal and external customers. You will respond to inquiries, quote parts, and help keep orders moving while collaborating with vendors and service teams to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years related experience and/or training.
• Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude.

Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Allied Parts Specialist. Position is onsite at one of our local CE branches.

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.

Position Summary

Provide superior level ofsupportto internal and external customers throughout the CBE Territory. Work with vendors to ensure premier customer experience by providing timely and cost effective solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prompt responses to customer inquiries via telephone or email
• Work with vendors to provide timely and accurate quotes
• Actively communicate status of orders
• Support service operations to allow for timely completion
• Support Machine, Engine and Product Support Sales as needed

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding and mechanical aptitude of machines and engines

supported by CBE

• Extensive drive to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Ability to work independently with littleor no supervision.
• Excellent decision makingand interpersonalskills and the ability to perform effectively

in an environment of various levels of complexity, priorities and time schedule deadlines

• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software

Education/Experience

Individualshould have a high school diploma or equivalent;three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Individual should have above average communication skills as well as a mechanical aptitude
