Job summary

Evolving Solutions is seeking a Strategic Alliance Manager to own and optimize our partner ecosystem in the Minneapolis area. You will lead executive-level relationships, drive annual partner plans, and oversee revenue growth with key technology partners.

Collaborating with Sales, Technical, and Marketing leadership, you will enable sellers, monitor performance, and identify new partnership opportunities to advance business results and partner ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of channel management experience in IT or technology
• Proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships with technology partners (e.g., IBM, Cisco)
• Strong financial acumen with experience in partnership P&L analysis, rebate modeling, and ROI reporting
• Track record of driving revenue through partner programs and enablement
• Experience supporting sales leadership on partner-influenced opportunities

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with strategic partners as primary contact
• Develop and drive annual partner business plans including profitability targets
• Lead strategic planning and execution for partner engagement
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with growth
• Coordinate with sales and marketing on partner enablement initiatives
• Monitor partnership performance metrics and rebates; report findings
