Job summary

Pinnacle Enta Partners LLC is seeking an Allergy Technician to support allergy testing and treatment under physician supervision. The role involves allergy skin testing, patient education, record-keeping, and collaboration with a busy ENT and Allergy Practice.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and experience with EMR systems. Prior ENT or allergy exposure is a plus, with CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous medical/clinical experience preferred.
• ENT or Allergy experience a plus.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Comfortable using EMR systems.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Must maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support allergy testing and treatment under supervision of a physician.
• Perform allergy skin tests (prick and intradermal) and document results.
• Prepare testing materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Record patient histories and allergy symptoms accurately.
• Assist in developing allergy treatment plans, including immunotherapy.
• Administer allergy treatments as directed.
• Educate patients about allergies and avoidance strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety procedures.
