Job summary

E.N.T. Specialty Partners seeks an Allergy Technician to support allergy medicine in our clinic sites. You will conduct allergy and skin tests, administer injections, collect patient histories, and document vital signs, ensuring high-quality patient care.

You will follow compliance policies, prepare and label allergy vials, manage inventory, support EHR tasks, and help maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Certification by one or more accredited medical assistant programs (AAMA CMA, AMT, NCT, NHA).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set patient appointments and collect medical information, history and vitals.
• Perform allergy tests, skin tests and allergy injections.
• Communicate with patients about symptom management and care.
• Prepare allergy vials and manage inventory.
• Document and label patient records; follow privacy and safety policies.
• Maintain EHR records and ensure quality assurance.
• Request medical records from clinics and insurers.
• Keep the clinic organized, clean and welcoming.
