Job summary

ENT & Allergy Specialists is seeking an Allergy Technician / Medical Assistant to support both our Allergy and ENT clinics. You will perform allergy testing, administer subcutaneous injections, prepare prescriptions based on test results, and help educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans.

You will use EPIC for scheduling and records, collaborate with providers to develop treatment plans, perform pulmonary function tests, and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant training program
• Confidence and experience in administering subcutaneous injections
• Willingness to travel between Edgewood, Florence, Ft. Thomas (KY), and Dearborn (IN)

Responsibilities

• Conduct allergy testing and administer subcutaneous allergy injections
• Prepare customized allergy extract prescriptions based on test results
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and allergy procedures
• Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with providers
• Perform pulmonary function tests
• Use EPIC to schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Collaborate with the Allergy Team to handle calls, messages, and work queues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

You’ll work across both our Allergy and ENT clinics, combining clinical and administrative responsibilities to help patients achieve optimal health outcomes.
