Schweiger Allergy Office in Freehold, NJ, is seeking a Medical Assistant to support allergy procedures and patient care. The role requires at least 2 years of Medical Assistant experience and a current Medical Assistant Certification.

The candidate will work Monday through Friday with some shared front desk duties and HIPAA/OSHA compliance in a fast-paced clinic. Responsibilities include assisting with allergy tests, preparing exam rooms, handling patient communications and scheduling, and

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• CPR and AED Certifications required.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the physician in allergy procedures and related patient care.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Take payments, book follow-up visits, and track inventory used during visits.
• Ensure HIPAA & OSHA compliance and support front desk tasks as needed.
