Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a Full-Time Allergy Medical Assistant for our Jamestown office. The role supports physicians with allergy testing, immunotherapy, and patient care within a fast-paced dermatology setting.

Flexible hours include rotating Saturdays, with strong emphasis on accuracy, patient relations, and equipment readiness. Applicants should have at least 2 years as a Medical Assistant and a valid MA certification; CPR/AED is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience in an allergy practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with allergy procedures including skin prick tests, patch tests, spirometry, and immunotherapy injections.
• Prep exam rooms and maintain stock of allergy-related supplies.
• Take payments, schedule follow-up visits, and manage patient communication.
• Ensure HIPAA & OSHA compliance and keep patient records accurate.
