Qualifications

• LPN diploma from an accredited program.
• RN requires an associate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active Ohio LPN/RN license in good standing + CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare injection room area each morning.
• Administer allergy injections.
• Restock area and order supplies.
• Complete daily log of charges and totals.
• Collect co-pays and issue patient receipts.
• Re-order vials as needed and organize refrigerated inventory.
• Log daily refrigerator temperatures and monitor expiration dates.
• Explain room policies to new patients and ensure consent forms are signed.
