Family Allergy & Asthma is seeking an Injection Room Nurse (LPN/RN) and Front Office Coordinator in Beavercreek, OH. Responsibilities include administering allergy injections, managing the injection room, handling patient check-ins/outs, and coordinating front-office tasks.

The role requires a compact LPN/RN license valid in Ohio/Kentucky, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of nursing experience. Daily schedule is Monday–Friday, with 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. hours, in a clinical setting.

Formación

• Fluent English communication required; able to read and interpret documents such as policies and patient care plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff and patients.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the injection room area each morning.
• Administer allergy injections.
• Re-stock area and order supplies.
• Log daily charges and end-of-day totals.
• Collect co-pays and issue receipts.
• Manage vials and refrigerator temperatures.
• Explain policies and ensure consent forms are signed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and post-injection observation.
