Qualifications

• LPN or RN license in good standing to practice in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the injection room area each morning.
• Administer allergy injections.
• Re-stock area and order supplies as per clinical procedures.
• Complete daily charges and end-of-day totals.
• Collect co-pays and issue patient receipts.
• Log refrigerator temperatures and monitor vial inventory.
• Explain room policies to new patients and obtain signed consent forms.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
