Job description

Position Details

Full‑time (1.0 FTE). Flexible schedule (4-5 days/week) including one day of telehealth. Services are provided at two locations in Vancouver (Columbia Tech Center and Gateway One).

Diagnostic Services

• Skin testing
• Patch testing
• Office spirometry
• Food and drug challenges
• Aspirin desensitization (outpatient only)

Therapies Offered

• Subcutaneous immunotherapy
• Sublingual immunotherapy
• Biologics
• IVIG infusions
• SCIg
• Minimal call shared among entire department

Compensation

Production model with upside‑earning potential. New clinicians enjoy a 1‑year guarantee of $341K (1.0 FTE). Current clinicians earn an average salary between $355k–$361k (1.0 FTE). Up to $35000 starting bonus. A two‑year partnership track position is available with a reasonable buy‑in. Compensation information is based on available data at posting and is subject to change.
