Vancouver Clinic in Southwest Washington seeks a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our multispecialty practice. General ENT with interest in facial plastics, head and neck, or other subspecialties is welcome. The department currently includes seven ENTs.

We offer a production-based compensation package with a 1-year guarantee ranging from $483,000 to $537,000 (pro-rated by FTE), plus up to $35,000 start bonus, paid malpractice and tail coverage, and a two-year partnership track.

We have a unique opportunity for a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our practice. General otolaryngology and practice interest in facial plastics, head and neck, or other subspecialty welcome. The department consists of seven general ENTs.

Compensation and Benefits

Our employment package includes: Surgeries performed at our new Ambulatory Surgery Center and two Vancouver area medical centers; Reasonable call schedule shared with community ENT clinicians; Paid malpractice and tail insurance; Compensation is a Production model; New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee between $483,000-$537,000 (will be pro-rated based on FTE) with upside earning potential; Up to $35,000 starting bonus; Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy‑in; Compensation information is provided based on available data at the time of posting and is subject to change.
