Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completion of residency and/or fellowship in area of specialty.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in specialty by appropriate board.

Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examination of patients.
• Provides cost-effective, high-quality medical care based on evidence-based medicine.
• Adheres to standardized orders and practice guidelines approved by medical staff.
• Demonstrates competency in assessment, treatment range, and age-appropriate communication.
• Maintains regular communication with referring physicians, patients and families.
