Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple levels to support maintenance and readiness of housing communities. Roles involve outdoor work in all weather, and tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general maintenance.

Technicians will document work, follow safety practices, and may mentor others at Level 3. The job includes making ready units and responding to emergencies with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience across multiple trades is preferred.
• EPA 608 certification is required within 180 days from hire for Level 2/3.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work per policy.
• Assist in make-ready of vacated units and repair/replace fixtures as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in ready condition and ensure PPE use.
• Mentor junior technicians as Level 3, with supervision duties.
