Job summary

Diamond Credit Union seeks full-time Tellers to deliver an All-Star member experience to our friends and neighbors in the community. Tellers handle daily transactions and identify opportunities to assist members in reaching their financial goals. No Saturday hours.

Responsibilities include processing deposits and withdrawals, balancing cash, and resolving member questions. Assigned to a branch with travel between locations as needed; 8:30am start time, end around 5:15pm, with rotating later

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of cash handling/customer service experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work early mornings and evenings as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Process daily member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance teller drawer and ensure cash control.
• Deliver exceptional service and the 'wow' member experience.
• Support branch development initiatives and meet goals.
• Resolve member questions and account inquiries.
