Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst Order of Battle (OOB) to apply specialized experience and meticulous analysis in conducting all-source analytic production on conventional weapon system capabilities. The role is based at JBAB, DC, requiring TS/SCI clearance with willingness to polygraph and U.S.

citizenship. You will produce strategic-level assessments and briefings, leveraging MIDB/MARS and your knowledge of IC environments to deliver high-quality products for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of engineering analysis, or 7+ years of engineering analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Experience with MIDB or MARS.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide production on foreign military forces order of battle and catalog OB findings in the MIDB and MARS databases.
• Use all-source analytic tradecraft to produce strategic-level assessments addressing foreign weapon systems and equipment.
• Deliver comprehensive production under pressure as an authoritative resource for the client.
