Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst Order of Battle (OOB) to use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on conventional weapon system capabilities.

Roles include producing OB analytics in MIDB and MARS, delivering strategic assessments, and preparing client briefs across tactical to strategic levels. Requires TS/SCI with polygraph willingness and US citizenship, and on-site work at JBAB, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of engineering analysis, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Experience with the MIDB or MARS databases.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and client briefings.

Responsibilities

• Produce all-source OB analyses in MIDB and MARS.
• Create strategic-level assessments on foreign weapon systems.
• Deliver comprehensive briefs to clients from tactical to strategic levels.
