• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational cadence of the intelligence workflow.
• Ensure high-work product quality as a credible QC layer.
• Partner with engineering and legal on processes.
• Oversee team performance and growth feedback.
• Source candidates and run interview loops.
