Core One Solutions in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an experienced intelligence analyst to conduct all-source analysis supporting national security objectives. You will integrate information from multiple sources, identify threats, and produce actionable assessments for the U.S.

defense and acquisition communities. This role requires TS/SCI clearance, is contingent on award, and may require up to six months of deployment annually.

Qualifications

• Experience performing all-source intelligence analysis from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of IC/DoD policies, classifications, and handling procedures.
• Ability to synthesize disparate information into coherent assessments.
• Experience defending analytic judgments with evidence and alternatives.
• Identify biases, gaps, and inconsistencies in intelligence data.
• Use structured analytic techniques to evaluate hypotheses and reduce uncertainty.
• Proficient in organizing and presenting intelligence information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and production from multiple sources.
• Integrate information to develop comprehensive assessments for collection, operations, investigations, and defense intelligence requirements.
• Analyze foreign military structures, leadership, capabilities, and activities.
• Perform Identity Intelligence (I2) analysis using biometric and contextual attributes.
• Fuse identity attributes to assess threat individuals and networks and potential actions.
• Evaluate biometric systems for capabilities, vulnerabilities, and operational impact.
• Support Army modernization by forecasting technologies and their military applications.
• Produce risk assessments on transfer, diversion, proliferation, and illicit acquisitions.
• Assess foreign involvement and risks within defense technology sectors.
• Analyze defense supply chains for vulnerabilities and foreign influence.
• Generate intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings for national security communities.
