Core One Solutions in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an experienced intelligence analyst to conduct all-source analysis supporting national security objectives. You will integrate information from multiple sources, identify threats, and produce actionable assessments for the U.S.

defense and acquisition communities. This role requires TS/SCI clearance, is contingent on award, and may require up to six months of deployment annually.

Responsibilities

  • Generate intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings for national security communities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and analytic production using information from multiple intelligence sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain regional and functional national security issues and developments.
  • Integrate and evaluate intelligence from multiple sources and disciplines to develop comprehensive assessments supporting collection, operations, investigations, and defense intelligence requirements.
  • Analyze foreign military command structures, organizational relationships, leadership, capabilities, and activities to identify relevant intelligence developments and potential threats.
  • Conduct Identity Intelligence (I2) analysis using unique identifying human characteristics and modalities, including biometric, biographical, behavioral, and contextual attributes, to identify and assess threat individuals and networks.
  • Fuse identity attributes and associated intelligence to assess threat individuals and networks, including their capabilities, capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.
  • Analyze friendly and adversary biometric systems to assess capabilities, limitations, vulnerabilities, and potential operational impacts and provide findings to inform the U.S. Defense Acquisition Community.
  • Support Army modernization efforts by identifying, assessing, and forecasting emerging and leading-edge technologies, their development and deployment, worldwide military applications, and potential impacts on U.S. forces, capabilities, and operations.
  • Produce risk assessments addressing the transfer, diversion, proliferation, and unauthorized acquisition of U.S. defense and dual-use technologies and evaluate associated national security implications.
  • Assess the impact of foreign involvement, investment, partnerships, and other activities within critical U.S. defense technology sectors and identify associated national security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct all-source analysis of defense industrial and supply-chain networks to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, foreign influence, technology-transfer risks, and opportunities for exploitation.
  • Identify and assess vulnerabilities within defense supply chains, including potential points of compromise, foreign dependencies, technology transfer concerns, and other factors affecting U.S. national security.
  • Produce intelligence assessments, reports, briefings, and other analytic products for the U.S. National Security, Defense, and Acquisition Communities to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
Levels:
  • Junior: Minimum of one year of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
  • Mid: Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
  • Senior: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
  • Expert: Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis using information from multiple intelligence disciplines and sources to assess, interpret, and explain regional, functional, and national security issues.
  • Experience applying IC and DoD intelligence policies, classification guidelines, security requirements, and information-handling procedures to all-source analytic activities and intelligence production.
  • Experience evaluating, correlating, and synthesizing information from disparate and potentially incomplete sources to identify significant developments, relationships, trends, threats, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and intelligence gaps.
  • Experience developing, defending, and refining analytic judgments based on source information, corroborating evidence, alternative perspectives, and changing conditions.
  • Experience identifying contradictions, inconsistencies, biases, assumptions, and information gaps when evaluating intelligence and determining their potential impact on analytic judgments.
  • Experience applying structured analytic techniques and other analytic methodologies to evaluate competing hypotheses, challenge assumptions, reduce uncertainty, strengthen analytic arguments, and identify potential indicators and warnings.
  • Experience conducting structured intelligence research, including collecting, validating, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information in accordance with applicable security, classification, and data-handling requirements.
  • Experience analyzing and integrating intelligence reporting to develop comprehensive assessments of foreign entities, organizations, leadership, networks, capabilities, activities, intentions, and potential courses of action.
  • Experience evaluating intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, including HUMINT sources, technical sensors, collection platforms, and other INTs, to determine the relevance and reliability of collected information.
  • Experience evaluating collected intelligence reporting, identifying intelligence gaps, and collaborating with collection managers, collectors, and other intelligence professionals to develop, refine, and prioritize collection requirements.
  • Experience producing timely, concise, and analytically rigorous intelligence reports, assessments, studies, briefings, and other products that communicate key findings, judgments, supporting evidence, and intelligence gaps.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, electronic matrices, and web-enabled tools to organize, analyze, visualize, and present intelligence information.
  • Experience communicating complex intelligence issues, analytic judgments, and assessments clearly and concisely to intelligence professionals, mission partners, and senior government stakeholders.
  • Experience working semi-independently with limited oversight while managing competing analytic requirements, meeting production deadlines, and adapting analysis to emerging intelligence and mission priorities.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $135,000

This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates. As this position is contingent upon contract award, final compensation will be confirmed based on the awarded contract's negotiated rates, applicable wage determinations, clearance requirements, and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
