E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior All Source Analyst (Current Intel) to join our team at Fort Meade, MD, supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency.

The position involves conducting all-source analysis, integrating information from multiple sources, and delivering finished intelligence products to inform national security decisions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in all-source analysis, strong briefing skills, and familiarity with ICD 203/206

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in all-source intelligence
• Experience writing finished intelligence products
• Experience applying all-source analytic tradecraft standards (e.g., ICD 203/206)
• Experience briefing senior military and government officials
• Experience collaborating with DoD or IC counterparts to produce finished intelligence
• Knowledge of cyber operations, threat actors, and tech trends
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have a DoD security clearance at required level

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis using intelligence from multiple sources to assess and forecast national security issues
• Provides all-source analytic support to collections, investigations, and other requirements
• Performs research, evaluation, and deconfliction of classified reporting and open-source data
• Adheres to ODNI/DIA analytic tradecraft and standards
• Maintains communications with IC counterparts and other agencies to collaborate on analysis
• Identifies relationships between events within U.S. and international contexts
