Job summary

Nalley Consulting seeks an All-Source Analyst to perform all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, willingness to take a polygraph, and a degree or extensive experience in all-source analysis.

Based at JBAB, Washington, DC, you will produce strategic assessments and deliverables for senior policymakers, applying IC/Combatant Command knowledge and a detail-driven approach to defense analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Willingness to take polygraph
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities.
• Produce strategic-level assessments addressing research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.
• Develop and deliver complex written products and briefings for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized.

As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.
You'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience withdefense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.

• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards

• Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR.
