Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks an Order of Battle All-Source Analyst to join the team in Alexandria, VA, supporting DR I. The role requires expert all-source analysis capabilities and experience with MIDB/MARS databases, with a TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

The candidate will produce strategic-level analyses on foreign military forces and maintain rigorous written and briefings tailored to clients from tactical to strategic levels. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree are required.
• Experience in all-source analysis across strategic to tactical levels is essential.
• Familiarity with MIDB or MARS databases is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide production on foreign military forces order of battle and catalog findings in MIDB and MARS databases.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing foreign weapon systems and equipment.
• Serve as an authority on the topic, delivering high-quality products under tight deadlines.
