E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an All Source Analyst (PIPR) to join our team in Alexandria, VA in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office. The role focuses on collecting, validating, and prioritizing PIRs/RFIs and producing timely intelligence for defense planning and decision making.

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen with a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, and possess 3+ years of related experience (or 7+ years equivalent).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of related experience or 7+ years equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the appropriate level.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments is preferred.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and prioritize PIRs/RFIs focused on foreign defense capabilities and infrastructure.
• Direct end-to-end intelligence production planning across research, acquisition, and testing phases.
• Align all-source efforts with strategic intelligence plans and multi-INT inputs.
• Review finished products against IC standards and mentor junior analysts on workflows and briefing support.
