Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Western Hem All-Source Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities. This role requires US citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance willingness to polygraph, with onsite work in Washington, DC.

The candidate will provide intelligence production and briefing support, developing high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders, and will contribute to assessments across research,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.
• As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.
