Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Defense Industries All-Source Analyst (EUCOM) to leverage specialized experience and attention to detail for all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities. This role supports analysis across defense sectors and informs policymakers at high levels.

The candidate will produce strategic assessments, manage publication standards, and deliver high-quality outputs for senior defense stakeholders, often under deadline

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years without a degree.
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers, including complex written products and briefings.

Responsibilities

Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic requirements.
Produce strategic-level assessments on foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities.
Deliver comprehensive production under pressure as the subject matter expert.
