Job summary

Nalley Consulting seeks an All Source Analyst to support defense intelligence clients with production and briefing capabilities. You’ll apply all-source tradecraft to deliver timely assessments addressing development, acquisition, test, and fielding of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Working on complex written products and briefings for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders, you’ll transform data into strategic insights, ensure publication standards, and tailor outputs to customers’

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Position: All Source Analyst

Location: JBAB, Washington, DC

LCAT: Mid

Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized.

Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

As a defense industries All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.

Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.

Desired qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
