Nalley Consulting seeks an All-Source Analyst to support national security through multi-source analysis from our Alexandria, VA office. You will interpret data, forecast developments, and provide actionable intelligence to defense partners.

Required: TS/SCI clearance (willing to CI poly) and 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 12+ years with no degree. Expect rigorous collaboration on strategic boards, collection plans, and cross-cutting intelligence needs.

• Participates in strategic boards and working groups to plan standing and ad hoc collection efforts.

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst.

Location: Alexandria, VA

LCAT: Senior

Clearance requirements: TS/SCI; willingness to take CI poly.

Required experience/education:7+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree OR 12+years of equivalent experience without a degree

Responsibilities:

Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.

Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

Provides requisite expertise and assistance in the creation of collection strategies, postures, and plans in order to meet Intelligence and information gaps.

Possesses experience, is knowledgeable in all source intelligence collection management systems, databases and processes (e.g. SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, CI, OSINT, IMINT, GEOINT, TECHINT).

Crosswalks tactical requirements to strategic objectives.

Assists in validating, coordinating, drafting, submitting, and maintaining formal Intelligence requirements and information requests to the Intelligence Community.

Participates in strategic boards, bureaus, committees, centers, and working groups in order to effectively assist in the planning of standing and ad hoc collection efforts, de-conflict and coordinate Intelligence and information needs and requirements that cross organizational boundaries, and facilitate joint collection efforts at the strategic and operational levels.

Other duties:

• Assists in managing requests for collection operations.
• Coordinates asset and resource availability.
• Develops operational plans to satisfy intelligence requirements.
• De-conflicts time sensitive requirements among mission partners as needed.
• Assists in the planning and management of organic collection assets through the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance planning process.
