Job summary

Nalley Consulting in Reston, VA seeks an All Source Analyst (MIDB) to leverage extensive intelligence experience to query data sources, integrate disparate information, and maintain foundational databases. You will produce tailored intelligence products from tactical leads to written assessments and briefings, applying ICD-203/206 tradecraft and collaborating with mission partners.

TS/SCI with CI poly required; Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting all-source analytic production.
• Experience with order of battle analysis and systems such as MIDB or MARS.
• Experience with all-source analytic tradecraft, including ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards and DIA writing style.
• Experience collaborating with mission partners on production efforts and delivering lead briefings.
• Ability to apply and query SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT datasets and databases.
• Ability to independently produce high-quality tailored intelligence deliverables.
• Ability to adapt to shifting mission requirements and tight timelines.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Required Clearance and polygraph:

TS/SCI and CI poly required. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past 7 years strongly prioritized.

Description

You'll leverage your experience through creating effective queries, integrating disparate data sources, and maintaining the accuracy of foundational intelligence databases. You’ll also apply specialized subject-matter knowledge, use structured analytic techniques, and collaborate with mission partners to ensure a shared understanding of the operational environment.

Your work will span everything from analyzing INTs, open-source information, and law enforcement data to producing tailored intelligence products, from tactical leads to comprehensive written assessments and high-level briefings.

• Ability to rapidly adapt to shifting mission requirements and deliver accurate products under tight timelines
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in intelligence, or 12+ years of experience in intelligence in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications:

• Experience conducting all-source analysis on foreign WMD programs, including threats, missile and delivery systems, advanced weapons, CBRNE, counterterrorism, and related military activities
• Experience leveraging data analytics, analytic methodologies, and visualization tools to enhance assessments
• Knowledge of nuclear weapons programs, including weapons effects, the nuclear fuel cycle, and nuclear infrastructure.
