Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking an All Source Analyst (MIDB) at Sr level in Reston, VA. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with CI poly and favors those with a current CI poly within 7 years.

You will leverage your intelligence background to craft queries, merge diverse data sources, and ensure accurate foundational databases. Responsibilities span from analyzing INTs, OSINT, and law enforcement data to producing written assessments and high-level briefings.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting all-source analytic production.
• Experience with order-of-battle analysis and systems such as MIDB or MARS.
• Experience with all-source analytic tradecraft, including ICD-203 and ICD-206 standards and DIA writing style.
• Experience collaborating with mission partners on production efforts and delivering lead briefings.
• Ability to apply and query SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT datasets and databases.
• Ability to independently produce high-quality, tailored intelligence deliverables such as actionable leads and network diagrams.

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst specializing in MIDB at Reston, VA. Position: All Source Analyst (MIDB) LCAT: Sr Location: Reston, VA Required Clearance and polygraph: TS/SCI and CI poly required. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past 7 years strongly prioritized. Required experience: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in intelligence, or 12+ years of experience in intelligence in lieu of a degree Description You'll leverage your experience through creating effective queries, integrating disparate data sources, and maintaining the accuracy of foundational intelligence databases. You'll also apply spe cia lized subject‑matter knowledge, use structured analytic techniques, and collaborate with mission partners to ensure a shared understanding of the operational environment. Your work will span everything from analyzing INTs, open‑source information, and law enforcement data to producing tailored intelligence products, from tactical leads to comprehensive written assessments and high‑level briefings.

• Ability to rapidly adapt to shifting mission requirements and deliver accurate products under tight timelines
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam * Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in intelligence, or 12+ years of experience in intelligence in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications

• Experience conducting all‑source analysis on foreign WMD programs, including threats, missile and delivery systems, advanced weapon s, CBRN E, counterterrorism , and related military activities
• Experience leveraging data analytics, analytic met hodologies, and visualization tools to enhance assessments
• Knowledge of nuclear weapon s programs, including weapon s effects, the nuclear fuel cycle, and nuclear infrastructure.
