C4I and cyberspace assessments require knowledge of adversary strategy, doctrine, intent, telecommunications infrastructure (cyberspace), and capabilities including compromise of DoD networks or weapon systems, cyberattack methodologies, and vulnerabilities. Assessments require expertise across a full range of telecommunications networks and information systems to include industrial control systems, navigation aids and systems, and use of information operations. Provide on-site functional and technical intelligence support to the DIA Intelligence Integration Centers including all-source analysis with an emphasis in foreign national C4I analysis in compliance with DIA's SOPs for the C4I Functional Production Area (FPA), DIA ADO AIO, ICD203 and 206 sourcing, analysis, and production, and DIA tradecraft standards. Assist the U.S. Government in the production of all-source intelligence pertaining to foreign national command and control (C2) and supporting command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) infrastructure, capabilities, activities and vulnerabilities. Apply a wide range of analytic skills and knowledge to assess foreign C4ISR developments and trends that include strategy, doctrine, intent, capabilities, operations, supporting services and infrastructure, and vulnerabilities. Expand current MIDB/MARS data records to reflect the world's telecommunications and C4I installations and facilities, use all source analysis to discover the infrastructure, and create corresponding records within the MIDB/MARS.
