Job summary

Stratas Foods, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Support for 11pm–7:30am in Quincy, IL. This is a full-time on-site role with a pay range of $20–$24.35 per hour and annual earnings between $41,600 and $50,648.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, operating lines, basic troubleshooting, data entry in M3, and teamwork to meet production goals. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; prior experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience on manufacturing floor is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and learn various positions.

Responsibilities

• Keep lines stocked with packaging materials.
• Operate production lines through breaks and lunches.
• Run production line when Operator is not available.
• Fill out appropriate paperwork while covering for Line Operator.
• Basic troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of basic operation for equipment on line.
• Understand and perform basic tasks as needed within the M3 inventory system.
• Support production goals and progress through communication and teamwork with Operators.
• Be active and participate in efficiency and safety improvement teams.
• Learn and follow written rules and procedures.
• Maintain acceptable attendance.
• Must be willing and able to learn various positions.
• Must fill in when needed in temporary/permanent vacancies.
