Job summary

Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Houseperson to clean, maintain, and supply materials to assigned hotel areas. This role is great for candidates with little to no experience and is based in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

You will perform cleaning, stocking, and delivery tasks, contributing to a positive guest experience and smooth operations across the property. Opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas including vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
• Pick up and deliver supplies and other items upon request.
• Remove all trash and linen from room attendant carts throughout the day.
• Stock all linen closets with proper inventory.
• Assist with team projects and perform additional duties as needed.
