*STAFF TRAINING BEGINS SEPTEMBER 21, 2026*

Spinato's Pizzeria & Family Kitchen is bringing our full restaurant experience to the West Valley through an expanded partnership with Arizona Cardinals Football Club.

We are excited to take over the former Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar space on the north end of State Farm Stadium's Great Lawn and we are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our opening team and help us launch our first West Side location!

JOIN OUR OPENING TEAM!

We are hiring all positions for our new location, including:

• Pizza Line, Salad and Sandwich, and Sauté Cooks
• Prep/Dishwashers
• Servers (ESPs)
• Bartenders
• Host/Hostess (GSRs)
• Cashiers
• Leadership Positions

COMPENSATION:

• Starting pay for non-tipped positions is $16/hour based on experience
• Tipped positions receive a competitive base wage plus tips.
• Kitchen Staff are eligible to participate in our Cook Fund, which provides an average of $2 per hour in additional earnings on top of their base hourly rate.

HOLIDAY BENEFITS

• We will be closed on Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Team members who are required to work on designated holidays will be eligible for holiday pay according to company policy.

Ken and Elaine Spinato opened their first pizzeria after moving from Chicago to Phoenix with their infant daughter Nicole in 1974. Within a year, their son Anthony was born. Over the next 40 years, Spinato's grew through word-of-mouth thanks to our authentic Italian flavors and family atmosphere.
