Job summary

ModivCare is seeking compassionate PCA & HHA caregivers to join our Suffolk County team. Weekend day or evening shifts are available (8:00am–5:00pm, 9:00am–5:00pm, or 3:00pm–11:00pm) with reliable transportation to clients’ homes.

Earn $19.86 per hour plus rewards through our program and weekly pay. We value dedicated caregivers who provide one-on-one in-home care, companionship, and support with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, person-centered care focus.
• Must be able to travel to client homes in Suffolk County.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility as needed.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.

Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
