Modivcare is hiring Certified Caregivers (PCA & HHA) in Northport/E. Northport, NY. Earn $19.86/hr plus rewards through our Caregiver Rewards Program, with weekly pay and flexible shifts.

As a caregiver, you’ll provide in-home support, companionship, help with daily activities, medication reminders, and ensure a clean, safe living space for clients. NYS PCA or HHA certification is required, and reliable transportation is essential.
