Job summary

LYND is seeking a Maintenance Technician in New Kensington, PA to perform general maintenance and repair tasks ensuring all property facilities remain in good condition. This role includes handling maintenance requests, performing HVAC troubleshooting, and carrying out minor plumbing and electrical repairs.

Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED, relevant certifications, and experience in facility maintenance. The position requires a strong customer service attitude and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance and mechanical repair required.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC unit maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Must be able to perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle maintenance requests efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units.
• Repair plumbing leaks and clogs.
