Qualifications

• Prior experience in General Maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Replace burned out light bulbs in common areas and entrances.
• Address plumbing and drain issues.
• General maintenance related cleaning and upkeep (inside/outside).
• Walk parking lots and grounds to collect debris and report damage.
• Assist with HVAC check-ups and filter changes.
• Winter: clear snow and ice from walks and apply ice-melt.
• Landscaping, mowing and snow removal as needed.
• Perform parking lot patching, crack filling and striping.
• Replace damaged ceiling tiles and perform minor electrical repairs.
• Apply insecticide/herbicide as needed and safety paint to areas.
