Job summary

NP Dodge Management Company in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general and preventive maintenance on multifamily and mixed-use properties. You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, with snow removal and pool maintenance as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, strong communication, and timely completion of work orders. On-call flexibility and a pre-employment screen are required; a valid driver’s license is necessary to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is preferred.
• Ability to obtain swimming pool operator’s certificate (if applicable to property).

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance for multifamily properties.
• Move-in ready tasks and communicate progress daily with supervisors.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and fixtures.
• Snow and ice removal and seasonal outdoor upkeep as required.
• Maintain HVAC systems and ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Inspect and maintain pools/spas and related equipment (if applicable).
