Job summary

Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Technician to help keep agency buildings and vehicles safe and functional in Loup City, Nebraska.

You will perform minor repairs, operate power tools, and assist with daily upkeep across the 21-county service area. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and 1–3 years of maintenance or construction experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction and/or maintenance (Tools provided).

Responsibilities

• Complete minor repairs in facilities including plumbing, construction, concrete work.
• Assist in unloading the commodity truck as needed.
• Maintain the underground sprinkler system.
• Mow and trim the Loup City buildings.
• Complete work orders within the 21-county service area.
• Adhere to CNCAP policies and procedures.
• Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner.
